appalling service. very quick to take your money, however, do not keep in touch or answer questions during the process. left it till last minute to send the assignment back after using several excuses. once received, full of grammatical errors, apparently assignment is written by people who hold masters (bollocks). after they finally replying to my message, they apparently re wrote it but sent the same old rubbish back. requested a refund to which they said I will only get £40 back. if written by people who hold masters degrees, why would it fail?

Total waste of time and money. First work that came back was beyond a joke and had to be sent back. The revised version was a word for word copy from an internet article on a vaguely similar subject. Refund was obviously refused despite the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Dont i feel like an idiot!
